New Ground is about building compelling brands and designs for our clients. We do more than make something that looks good (though it does, really, look good), we create organizational identities.

From logos to taglines, websites to ads, messaging to marketing, we represent our clients to the outside world in a way that’s engaging, beautiful, and true.

We can make this kind of bold promise because that’s what we deliver and we deliver because we see the entire process as a collaboration. If you think it’s time to change your current identity, or maybe it’s time to start a new venture, contact us and let’s start the conversation.

New Ground Creative About Carrie

In addition to over a decade of branding and design experience, Carrie is New Ground’s primary creative director, project manager, and brand developer. When not destroying convention through the sheer power of her awesomeness, she is probably refilling her creative well through travel and adventure…and maybe wine.

New Ground Creative About Falyn

Art Director

New Ground’s artistic director possesses a near-unhealthy fascination with cat videos and a wicked wit. She is single-minded in her mission to fuse form and function in bringing clients’ ideas into creative and effective realities. She holds a BFA from the Art Institute of Boston and has done advanced studies in Eyebrow Semaphore.

Headshot of Biz Hallett

Outreach Strategist

Biz has worn many hats during her 15 years in the Brattleboro area. Her background in dance, storytelling, cultural history, sales, social work, psychology, and social media results in a multifaceted and innovative approach to whatever task she is tackling for our clients. Her foundational theory is “When all else fails . . . have a dance off!” She literally shakes things up here at NGC.

Marketing Strategist

Finding the sweet spot between competence and passion is Taliesin’s lifelong goal. Working with the team at New Ground brings her closer to that goal and for that she is eternally grateful. Her big life loves are human-centered design, helping people who are doing good in the world share that good with the world, and most importantly, her family.
