Brattleboro Savings & Loan
To serve Brattleboro Savings & Loan best, as a local, intentional financial institution, we started with their mission and vision statements. From there, we developed a suite of messaging and branding materials that will position them as The bank of Brattleboro. To build these deliverables, we interviewed clients, employees, board members and leadership—as well as members of the general public—to identify what they did well, how they were understood and where they were going as an organization. We are developing campaigns for them that will build on this core brand to build internal ownership of the brand, create a sense of excitement and connection in the general public, and increase their business in a way that is engaging, dynamic and true to who they are. Deliverables include: print/web ads, social media strategy and management, campaign creation and development, videos, collateral development, strategic messaging, pitch class for all employees, and much more.
